Spencer West Virginia, is a small hometown located in Roane County. This small town is rich with history, and steeped in small town charm. The Robey Theater seen in this capture is over a 100 years old, and was once a vaudeville house. Spencer is also home of the Black Walnut Festival, the festival floods the small town with thousands of visitors from all over the world each year during its week long celebration.
